Best School? The School Of Life

The best school you can attend is the one you are attending right now - the school of life. This doesn't mean that formal education is worthless. In fact, it not only is more and more necessary for success in certain fields, but it can be a very enriching experience for many people. In other words, it can be a valuable part of life - but education starts before schooling.

With that in mind, here is a look at some people who got almost all of their education from this best school - life. More specifically, these are famous people who dropped out of high school, and still managed to do okay.

Graduates Of The Best School - The School Of Life

Richard Branson is one of the wealthier high school dropouts. He's the billionaire founder of Virgin Music, Virgin Airlines and dozens of other successful businesses. If you read the stories of his bold and creative ways of doing business you'll see that he didn't miss much by skipping a more formal education.

It certainly isn't just businessmen that make this list, however. The mathematician and creative genius Albert Einstein also dropped out of school. So did one of my favorite authors of economic and political philosophy, Thomas Sowell. The comedian George Carlin and the singer Billy Joel are also on the list.

Who else? Here are some other famous high school dropouts:

Jim Carrey... Tom Cruise... George Eastman... Randy Travis... John Travolta... Michael J. Fox... George Gershwin... Dhirubhai Ambani... The Wright brothers... Peter Jennings... Keanu Reeves... Quentin Tarantino... Dave Thomas... Uma Thurman... Ansel Adams.

Undoubtedly you recognize a few of the names here - and this is the the short version. There are more than a dozen billionaires that dropped out of high school, as well as ten Nobel Prize winners, and eight past U.S. presidents. But why bother with such a list? For two reasons:

1. It certainly could encourage those without formal education to keep working towards their dreams and goals.

2. It reminds us that life is the best school. One could think of the various educational institutions as possible "courses" or "majors" in this grander university.

Formal education choices, and the formal credentials they produce, are often over-rated. For example, we are all better off because Bill Gates decided to drop out of college to create some new software. On the other hand, some of the best scientists and thinkers come from the great universities. This isn't about whether one should or shouldn't go to high school or college. It is simply a reminder not to under-rate the best school: life.

How To Find Information On People – Online People Search Engine

Nowadays it is quite easy to find information on people. Like what I experienced when I tried to get information on a private school owner. You wouldn´t believe how easy it is to find personal details on the person you were looking for online. It only requires a few clicks of the mouse and you get an answer in less than 10 seconds.

Our classmates went on the web and browsed for his personal information and we found out that he owed the IRS more than three million dollars. We were shocked on what we found out. Luckily, we found it in time before we spend money enrolling in the school.

In the web anything is possible. You can view anyone´s personal record including criminal record, SSS and many others. For example, if you want to hire someone for your company, a good way to find more information on the person is to go online and use a people search engine. It would be foolish to just base the facts on a resume.

There are many online resources available if you really want to find information on people. If you only have the person´s name and wish to know who he or she is and where he/she lives, then you can also use an online people search engine to find out.

Some people search websites do charge a fee for using their services but the cost is affordable compared to hiring a private investigator which may cost thousands of dollars and may take weeks. Incidentally, I know of a few private investigators who use the web to find information on a people as well.

So if you want to find information on a person, be sure to check out some of the online people search engines.

Use of Alpha Mind Control Explained

Super Mind Evolution System

For many years the psychology field assumed it was impossible for a person to drop voluntarily down to alpha and retain conscious thinking control.

Alpha is the state where your brain rhythm tends to “centre” around 10 cycles per second (cps).

It was always assumed that once a person entered alpha (like the daydream state), they would be unable to direct their thoughts and probably fall asleep. This was until Jose Silva demonstrated otherwise. He proved conclusively that people could operate consciously in alpha and retain control of their thinking at the same time. These days there are people who can drop down to a lower level of Theta (3-7cps) - and still maintain conscious control! There are even a handful of people who can drop down to mind-awake-body-asleep in delta!

What is happening at this level is that your conscious and your subconscious mind are operating simultaneously, giving you an increase in mental capacity and opening up your 6th sense.  Women tend to use both brain hemispheres when solving problems which may give them extra intuitive capacity.

It was also discovered that a person could drop to alpha with their eyes open (you do this when you daydream) which offered another major advantage for the business executive.

But to all intents and purposes the alpha state is considered to be similar to a light self-hypnotic state. At least the outcome with regard to positive and habit-transforming programming is the same.

The biggest overall advantage in business, of getting your right intuitive brain fully operational, is the ability to “intuitively know” what the other person is thinking and what their real objections are. Not their “professed” objections but the real unspoken ones. By using a special alpha technique, you can actually pre-program to find out what it is they really want in advance. This gives the businessman or woman a tremendous advantage when the actual “crunch” time comes!

And it is an observable fact that those who practice alpha/theta techniques tend to progress quickly up through the ranks - all else being equal.

The reason - you have developed mind powers that others simply do not have. And if you use these regularly you have a massive advantage that others are totally unaware of.  This is why most mind-course graduates seldom ever mention their training to outsiders. They are usually told during their mind-course, instructional program to keep it to themselves.

And it makes sense ...... because mind-power knowledge is an exclusive club!

The whole field of mind-power in the western world is in its infancy. And because it will make a lot of people nervous there will not be too much media education about it. It will creep up on us in the same manner that computers have.

Ignore this emerging field at your own peril!!!

How you can Contribute to Creating a Better World

Super Mind Evolution System

In his book 'Power vs Force', David Hawkins calibrates people's emotions from levels 20 up to 1000. 20 being Shame which is perilously proximate to death. It’s destructive to emotional and psychological health, and makes us prone to physical illness.

At the other end of the scale at 700- 1000 is enlightenment. This is the level of the Great Ones such as Krishna, Buddha and Jesus. It is the peak of the evolutionary consciousness in the human realm.

All levels (which could be classed as vibration levels) below 200 are said to be energy draining, and below integrity. These vary from Guilt (30), Grief (75), Fear (100) up to Pride (175).

People feel positive as they reach Pride level. However Pride feels good only in contrast to the lower levels. Pride is defensive and vulnerable because it’s dependent upon external conditions, without which is can suddenly revert to a lower level.

At the 200 level, power first appears. Courage (200) is the zone of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude, and determination. People at this level put back into the world as much energy as they take; at the lower levels, populations as well as individuals drain energy from society without reciprocating.

Further levels include willingness (310), Acceptance (350) and Love (500).

This level is characterized by the development of a Love that is unconditional, unchanging, and permanent. It doesn’t fluctuate – its source isn’t dependent on external factors. Loving is a state of being. This is the level of true happiness.

Interesting facts from the book -

* The concept and theories behind these experiments were conducted over a 20 year period using a variety of Kinesiology tests and examinations.
* Kinesiology has an almost certain 100% accuracy reading every time. It will always reveal Yes, No, True, and False answers.
* Collective Consciousness: These experiments reveal that there is a higher power that connects everything and everyone.
* Everything calibrates at certain levels from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports, music etc.
* 85% of the human race calibrates below the critical level of 200.
* The overall average level of human consciousness stands at 207.
* Human consciousness was dangling at below the 200 level (190) for many centuries before it suddenly rose up to its present level some time in the mid 1980s. Hence Nostradamus’s end of the world predictions may have been avoided (he made his predictions at a time when human consciousness was at below the 200 level). For the world to stay at levels below 200 over a prolonged period of time would cause a great imbalance that would undoubtedly lead to the destruction of all humanity.
* The power of the few individuals at the top counterbalances the weakness of the masses.
* 1 individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below level 200
* 1 individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200
* 1 individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200

In other words, as a co creator of the world, if you vibrate at 200 and above you will be helping to raise the consciousness of mankind, and be a big part in creating a better world for everyone.

A Guide To Painting Portraits

Portraits are a special kind of painting for the sole reason that you are painting a human being. The way in which you craft your subject makes a big difference, as it cannot be ill-shapen or the finished product will be ruined. Discovering how you would create a portraiture requires that you learn different things than if your interest were in other styles of art, therefore it is of the utmost importance that your are familiar with specific ways of painting in order to produce the best piece possible. A lot can be accomplished with just a handful of cheap modern art supplies and a vision of what you want.

To Study Your Muse...

Being a portrait artist begins with a close inspection of the person you are painting so that you can bring out the qualities that differentiate him from everyone else. It is important that you develop your observation skills because you will be deciding on what to do with your subject and how to manipulate him/her and his/her surroundings to make a good painting come to life. As much as possible, try not to put every single detail that you see in the portrait like how many moles are in the face or if there’s a strand of white hair in the subject’s scalp. Pick out what is important and what stands out and use that as a strong point in your portrait.

Depicting People...

A lot of art students who learn to do portraits, whether with an oil or acrylic based paint set, have a problem with the skin of the subject. Not only that, they have to learn how to paint using light and shadow to really bring out the beauty of their subject. People are featured in several colors. That is why there isn't one way to mix paint together and get the proper tone, and also what makes this a sticking point for those just starting out in portraiture. The answer to this is simple trial and error until you come across just the right mix to match your subject's pigmentation. Other aspects of a person that can take time to get right are areas such as the ears or the upper part of the nose. Like I said, experiment and try out different ways on how to paint the body and the face to be able to come up with your own formula for paint mixtures and your own style in painting features.

Backgrounds Should Not be Too Detailed...

You may have placed your subject in front of a complicated background. If you are planning on adding this background to the portrait, be sure not to put too much detail in because it will distract you and you will suddenly realize your focus isn’t on the subject anymore. Also, try as best as you can to manipulate the amount of light and shadow around the subject to add a more intense effect to your portrait. Just like in photography, if you know how to use light and shadow, your portraits will definitely have a much stronger effect on people than a portrait that is plainly the way it is with no touch of light whatsoever. Making this real impact on a viewer is what every artist strives to achieve, no matter what the chosen subject may be. It's what makes creative endeavors so rewarding. Where else can you achieve such a response using nothing more than a quality cheap stretched canvas and a handful of other low-cost supplies.
