How To Find Information On People – Online People Search Engine

Nowadays it is quite easy to find information on people. Like what I experienced when I tried to get information on a private school owner. You wouldn´t believe how easy it is to find personal details on the person you were looking for online. It only requires a few clicks of the mouse and you get an answer in less than 10 seconds.

Our classmates went on the web and browsed for his personal information and we found out that he owed the IRS more than three million dollars. We were shocked on what we found out. Luckily, we found it in time before we spend money enrolling in the school.

In the web anything is possible. You can view anyone´s personal record including criminal record, SSS and many others. For example, if you want to hire someone for your company, a good way to find more information on the person is to go online and use a people search engine. It would be foolish to just base the facts on a resume.

There are many online resources available if you really want to find information on people. If you only have the person´s name and wish to know who he or she is and where he/she lives, then you can also use an online people search engine to find out.

Some people search websites do charge a fee for using their services but the cost is affordable compared to hiring a private investigator which may cost thousands of dollars and may take weeks. Incidentally, I know of a few private investigators who use the web to find information on a people as well.

So if you want to find information on a person, be sure to check out some of the online people search engines.

Use of Alpha Mind Control Explained

Super Mind Evolution System

For many years the psychology field assumed it was impossible for a person to drop voluntarily down to alpha and retain conscious thinking control.

Alpha is the state where your brain rhythm tends to “centre” around 10 cycles per second (cps).

It was always assumed that once a person entered alpha (like the daydream state), they would be unable to direct their thoughts and probably fall asleep. This was until Jose Silva demonstrated otherwise. He proved conclusively that people could operate consciously in alpha and retain control of their thinking at the same time. These days there are people who can drop down to a lower level of Theta (3-7cps) - and still maintain conscious control! There are even a handful of people who can drop down to mind-awake-body-asleep in delta!

What is happening at this level is that your conscious and your subconscious mind are operating simultaneously, giving you an increase in mental capacity and opening up your 6th sense.  Women tend to use both brain hemispheres when solving problems which may give them extra intuitive capacity.

It was also discovered that a person could drop to alpha with their eyes open (you do this when you daydream) which offered another major advantage for the business executive.

But to all intents and purposes the alpha state is considered to be similar to a light self-hypnotic state. At least the outcome with regard to positive and habit-transforming programming is the same.

The biggest overall advantage in business, of getting your right intuitive brain fully operational, is the ability to “intuitively know” what the other person is thinking and what their real objections are. Not their “professed” objections but the real unspoken ones. By using a special alpha technique, you can actually pre-program to find out what it is they really want in advance. This gives the businessman or woman a tremendous advantage when the actual “crunch” time comes!

And it is an observable fact that those who practice alpha/theta techniques tend to progress quickly up through the ranks - all else being equal.

The reason - you have developed mind powers that others simply do not have. And if you use these regularly you have a massive advantage that others are totally unaware of.  This is why most mind-course graduates seldom ever mention their training to outsiders. They are usually told during their mind-course, instructional program to keep it to themselves.

And it makes sense ...... because mind-power knowledge is an exclusive club!

The whole field of mind-power in the western world is in its infancy. And because it will make a lot of people nervous there will not be too much media education about it. It will creep up on us in the same manner that computers have.

Ignore this emerging field at your own peril!!!

How you can Contribute to Creating a Better World

Super Mind Evolution System

In his book 'Power vs Force', David Hawkins calibrates people's emotions from levels 20 up to 1000. 20 being Shame which is perilously proximate to death. It’s destructive to emotional and psychological health, and makes us prone to physical illness.

At the other end of the scale at 700- 1000 is enlightenment. This is the level of the Great Ones such as Krishna, Buddha and Jesus. It is the peak of the evolutionary consciousness in the human realm.

All levels (which could be classed as vibration levels) below 200 are said to be energy draining, and below integrity. These vary from Guilt (30), Grief (75), Fear (100) up to Pride (175).

People feel positive as they reach Pride level. However Pride feels good only in contrast to the lower levels. Pride is defensive and vulnerable because it’s dependent upon external conditions, without which is can suddenly revert to a lower level.

At the 200 level, power first appears. Courage (200) is the zone of exploration, accomplishment, fortitude, and determination. People at this level put back into the world as much energy as they take; at the lower levels, populations as well as individuals drain energy from society without reciprocating.

Further levels include willingness (310), Acceptance (350) and Love (500).

This level is characterized by the development of a Love that is unconditional, unchanging, and permanent. It doesn’t fluctuate – its source isn’t dependent on external factors. Loving is a state of being. This is the level of true happiness.

Interesting facts from the book -

* The concept and theories behind these experiments were conducted over a 20 year period using a variety of Kinesiology tests and examinations.
* Kinesiology has an almost certain 100% accuracy reading every time. It will always reveal Yes, No, True, and False answers.
* Collective Consciousness: These experiments reveal that there is a higher power that connects everything and everyone.
* Everything calibrates at certain levels from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports, music etc.
* 85% of the human race calibrates below the critical level of 200.
* The overall average level of human consciousness stands at 207.
* Human consciousness was dangling at below the 200 level (190) for many centuries before it suddenly rose up to its present level some time in the mid 1980s. Hence Nostradamus’s end of the world predictions may have been avoided (he made his predictions at a time when human consciousness was at below the 200 level). For the world to stay at levels below 200 over a prolonged period of time would cause a great imbalance that would undoubtedly lead to the destruction of all humanity.
* The power of the few individuals at the top counterbalances the weakness of the masses.
* 1 individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below level 200
* 1 individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200
* 1 individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200

In other words, as a co creator of the world, if you vibrate at 200 and above you will be helping to raise the consciousness of mankind, and be a big part in creating a better world for everyone.

A Guide To Painting Portraits

Portraits are a special kind of painting for the sole reason that you are painting a human being. The way in which you craft your subject makes a big difference, as it cannot be ill-shapen or the finished product will be ruined. Discovering how you would create a portraiture requires that you learn different things than if your interest were in other styles of art, therefore it is of the utmost importance that your are familiar with specific ways of painting in order to produce the best piece possible. A lot can be accomplished with just a handful of cheap modern art supplies and a vision of what you want.

To Study Your Muse...

Being a portrait artist begins with a close inspection of the person you are painting so that you can bring out the qualities that differentiate him from everyone else. It is important that you develop your observation skills because you will be deciding on what to do with your subject and how to manipulate him/her and his/her surroundings to make a good painting come to life. As much as possible, try not to put every single detail that you see in the portrait like how many moles are in the face or if there’s a strand of white hair in the subject’s scalp. Pick out what is important and what stands out and use that as a strong point in your portrait.

Depicting People...

A lot of art students who learn to do portraits, whether with an oil or acrylic based paint set, have a problem with the skin of the subject. Not only that, they have to learn how to paint using light and shadow to really bring out the beauty of their subject. People are featured in several colors. That is why there isn't one way to mix paint together and get the proper tone, and also what makes this a sticking point for those just starting out in portraiture. The answer to this is simple trial and error until you come across just the right mix to match your subject's pigmentation. Other aspects of a person that can take time to get right are areas such as the ears or the upper part of the nose. Like I said, experiment and try out different ways on how to paint the body and the face to be able to come up with your own formula for paint mixtures and your own style in painting features.

Backgrounds Should Not be Too Detailed...

You may have placed your subject in front of a complicated background. If you are planning on adding this background to the portrait, be sure not to put too much detail in because it will distract you and you will suddenly realize your focus isn’t on the subject anymore. Also, try as best as you can to manipulate the amount of light and shadow around the subject to add a more intense effect to your portrait. Just like in photography, if you know how to use light and shadow, your portraits will definitely have a much stronger effect on people than a portrait that is plainly the way it is with no touch of light whatsoever. Making this real impact on a viewer is what every artist strives to achieve, no matter what the chosen subject may be. It's what makes creative endeavors so rewarding. Where else can you achieve such a response using nothing more than a quality cheap stretched canvas and a handful of other low-cost supplies.

Great Art Is Good For The Soul

The ability to admire fine art is habitually dismissed as simply a way to defeat boredom or while away the hours of the day. Outside of those who have specifically followed a career in the arts, becoming masters of the brush, palette, and folding easel, we generally only get to follow our passion when we can get away from the nine to five.

You might be hard-pressed, however, to find anyone who would go so far as to fully compare the arts to other diversions. Some of us play poker, and some of us go horseback riding, kayaking, or simply like to knit. But few things have the ability to help us reflect on the human condition as much as outstanding artwork can.

The ability to fully grasp a great work is a learned response. Most folks have to get themselves accustomed to the delicacies that exist in a painting before they can truly let go and enjoy. To the individual who cannot relate, merely the sight of someone who takes pleasure in the arts gazing into a painting for an extended period of time may be downright laughable. They have trouble empathizing with the art lover, unable to relate to what she may be going through. A typhoon of mixed feelings may be swelling up inside her even as she seems so peaceful and still.

The painter and the preacher aren't really that different in that they both have their own point of view which they have a feverish desire to impart to their fellow man. One works with their discount easels and wrought iron easels, the other with the Good Book and the power of their voice. A finished painting is the artist's way of speaking to us. As he or she has no way of knowing whether it may be the first or the last conversation, each great artist tries to make every painting another masterpiece.

Exceptional artwork can share with us any thought out there from a spiritual declaration to a moralistic judgment, to an endorsement of which political party is the most just. Paintings can call forth profound emotional reactions. This can give us a deep insight into the artist's chosen topic in a way that is impossible to duplicate via other mediums.

In viewing an artist's work, we often find that they are guiding us on the journey of self discovery, offering a means by which we can ponder where our own place is in the annals of time. Most of us would never consider this were it not for a piece of fine art to spur us forward. Artists work for the greater good of us all by enabling such insights. That more grownup way of analyzing our lives helps to turn us into wiser versions of ourselves.

Extended contemplation as a result of fine art does often make one reexamine ways of thinking that have been present for years. For instance, after a day spent browsing artwork, it wouldn't be unheard of for a mom to be moved to take more time out to devote to her child because life is too short. A person of faith will quite possibly get something else entirely out of the contemplation of art, maybe having to do with his or her relationship with God.

Even someone who invests his time in more earthly pursuits may be forced to reevaluate the importance of everything that he does. Parts of ourselves that we may not know exist sometimes come to the surface during quiet moments with great paintings. If it helps us to be the very best people we can be, then isn't our time spent with the artistic masters well spent?

Where did Outlet Stores Begin?

Outlet stores could have sprung up from country potteries that sold their less than perfect products as “seconds” for reduced prices.  Stoneware jugs, crocks and churns are examples of a utilitarian antique pottery that spanned the early 19th century through the Civil War and beyond.  They progressed from being one-man made to being mass produced by the hundreds in large factories.

Collectors can trace this ceramic from a rippled hand thrown ovoid jug to straight sided assembly line advertising crocks.  Maker’s marks and capacity marks were often impressed or stenciled on factory products.  These wares were heavy and inexpensive and were often sold door-to-door on the back of a wagon.  One of the first decorations used from the early 19th century until about 1840 was a scratch design known as sgraffito.  A sharp wire or nail produced the simple design.  Other decorations favored by collectors are slip-trailed (raised) or painted designs of intricate blue flowers, birds, animals or scenes that are charmingly naive in their rendering.  By the 4th quarter of the 19th century, time was recognized as money and decorations might be only a casual stenciled swirl unless a special gift was ordered.

As modern conveniences developed, stoneware containers dwindled in popularity.  Glass containers and bottles became common place by the 1840s.  By 1860, glass was actually becoming less expensive than stoneware in cities and by 1880, factory made oak iceboxes lined with metal revolutionized home refrigeration causing crock stoneware to lose more business.  In 1919, prohibition effectively destroyed the stoneware whiskey jug and beer bottle business.

Sponsorship – the Good and the Bad

Promoting a company’s product or service is no light task; but with the number of tools that are available for marketing, it becomes easier. There is, however, no single perfect marketing strategy for product or service promotion. Tools that help in disseminating commercial information to the public are not fool-proof – sponsorship is no exception.

Although sponsorship has become a vital part of a company’s marketing strategy, it is not entirely faultless. With the good comes the bad, all of which business organizations should be aware of when sponsoring events, individuals, other groups, and the like.

Advantages of sponsorship

There are many benefits that come with sponsorship – both to sponsors and sponsees. With its nature as being loosely a financial support of activities, events and such – sponsorship then provides a broad opportunity of reaching goals. For sponsors, these goals generally may be part of their marketing aims, letting their name be known or commercially circulated. For sponsees, goals may include the needed equipment or financial means provided by their sponsors.

The most common recognized sponsorship advantages are discussed below:

Enhancing and/or building an image association that is positive – Companies often engage in sponsorship to be visible and to create a clear union relevance between the sponsored individual, event, or organization, and the company itself.

This aim for creating a clear association helps create appeal to the sponsor’s targeted audience, offering them a positive perception of the company name by relating with the sponsee.

Generating product and/or service awareness – Sponsorship provides a direct way for sponsors to relate with their consumers by actively supporting a sponsee that people know or follow. For example, athletes sponsored by major companies directly make the consumers (their fans) aware of the company by the sponsee’s use of the company’s name like their equipment, clothes, etc.

Building goodwill – People most often approve of sponsorship since it’s perceived that such a sponsor is willing to help out someone or something in need. This commitment that the company showcases gives people positive reactions that would make them remember the company.

Creating exclusivity – A sponsor’s ability to promote itself through supporting a sponsee generates product/service recognition to its targeted market. The targeted market than associates the sponsor’s name with the sponsee, succeeding in creating proper visibility in spite of other competitors, and therefore increase in sales.

Generate positive publicity – Anything that involves products and services need exposure for people to take notice of it. This sponsorship advantage makes use of an arena for potential consumers to always have an encounter with the sponsor’s name, leaving a mark in their minds about a specific product/service offered and specialized by the company (sponsor).

Disadvantages

As with advantages, comes the downside. Below are most common sponsorship disadvantages:

Development of controversies leading to negative attitudes – the presence of competitors is on its own a disadvantage for sponsors. There will always be a challenger to each company to stay on top. Controversies that affect the sponsor will often lead to faltered belief from its consumers and would at most also create a negative sponsor-sponsee association.

Absence of standardization – The partnership between a company and its supported individual, organization, or event has no sure-fire way of how best to benefit the both parties. Different methods of support are applied to sponsees depending on their needs and the sponsor’s needs as well. This points out to a lack of standardization, and therefore requires more time on planning and evaluation.

More time is consumed – As sponsorship promotes a more ‘intimate’ business relationship, this also causes more time to be spent on a sponsor-sponsee plan. The amount of time needed in planning and execution is bigger since sponsorship should be very detailed.
